About Us
Verity was founded in September 2009 with the goal of becoming the best mid-sized fine wine distributor in New York. Its four founding partners, Bill Sciambi, Christopher Desor, Constance Oehmler and Steve Doran shared the dream of bringing together a dream team of experienced and knowledgeable sales and operational personnel to sell a portfolio of value-oriented wines across all price points. Verity is committed to maintaining a balanced portfolio of wines from small to large grower/producers that express terroir, varietal and appellation.
One year later, Verity represents a portfolio of 750 wines from 240 producers hailing from 15 wine-producing countries. Its 16-member sales force service accounts from Buffalo to Montauk.
